South Seas is an exquisite gated community, located at the north end of the island with direct access to Tigertail Beach and Crescent Beach. The community offers an outdoor heated pool, a fitness room in the building, tennis courts, pickleball courts, bocce ball, and shuffleboard.

Getting around

Marco Island is 6 miles long, by 4 mile wide so it is easy to navigate by car, bicycle, boat or simply walking. There is also CAT Transportation bus service that can take Guests to destinations throughout Collier County.
