SUNSETS - there is nothing quite as magical and spectacular as Florida sunsets on the beach. Seaview on Marco is a beachfront condo so you can enjoy the sunsets from the comfort of your vacation home or you can take a walk on the beach - either way you won't be disappointed!
BEACHES - with 6 miles of white sand beaches and crystal blue gulf waters, it is no surprise why these beaches are constantly voted among the best in Florida. Seaview on Marco is located on the Crescent Beach towards the north end of the island, near Tigertail beach. We love this area because of its unspoiled natural beauty. This area is least traveled and most private of the beaches, which makes it the best for families or for those looking for less crowded beaches.
POOL - on colder days having a heated pool is a great option to be outside and enjoy the Florida sun! Also, our kids love to practice swimming at the pool as they find it more comfortable than the open waters of the gulf.
SHELLING - this is one of the best things to do on Marco Island. The beaches are famous for having some of the best shelling and attract shell seekers from all over the world.
