Start your day with a nice cup of coffee or tea while enjoying the breathtaking sea views, make breakfast in the fully stocked kitchen. Grab your flipflops and go down to the beach for a walk to enjoy the morning fresh sea breeze. You might find true treasures left by the ocean at night - shells and even sand dollars! As your day goes, you might want to return to the beach but this time make sure to bring the beach chairs and umbrella, maybe some beach toys if you have kids (all beach supplies are provided), or just relax in the heated pool downstairs. For adventurers, Marco Island has a lot to offer, including shopping and dining, some within the walking distance. You could also explore nearby areas – Naples, Bonita Springs and the Everglades.

HOUSE RULES

SEA TURTLE SEASON May 1 to October 31 - all unnecessary lights should be off by 9 pm and drapes and blinds must be closed at night.

REGISTRATION AT CONDO Life Safety codes require your onsite registration. The registration South Seas office is in the lobby, open 7 days a week 8 am - 4 pm. You have 24 hours to register. South Seas charges a $100 per stay registration fee which includes one parking spot. Additional parking passes can be purchased for an additional fee.

KIDS OF ALL AGES ARE WELCOME We are kids-friendly and welcome kids of all ages. Please note the condo has a wraparound balcony that you can be accessed from each room. The sliding doors have locks, however, it is the responsibility of the guests to supervise the kids at all times.

AC is ON. Keep AC at 68-75F while the balcony doors are closed. Keep AC OFF while the balcony doors are open, Turn AC ON at 75F at the end of your stay.

NO LOUD NOISE is allowed at any time. No parties or events are allowed in the condo. Quite hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM.

NO SMOKING or vaping in the condo or in the common areas on the property. There is a designated smoking area in front of the building.

NO ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES OR DRUGS are allowed in the condo.

NO ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES are allowed in the condo.

NO PETS are allowed.

NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS are allowed overnight.

NO SHOES are allowed inside the condo.

NO FOOD is allowed in the bedrooms.

TRASH should be taken out before you leave. There is a trash chute in the laundry room near the elevators.

DISHES should be washed or placed in the dishwasher before you leave.

DAMAGES to the condo or any items within will result in additional charges to the guests.

LOST KEYS will result in $100 replacement fee per key.
